Using Munus
These terms apply to everyone who uses Munus: agencies, their team and the clients they invite. By signing in you agree to them. Munus is made by Myrna Studio.
Beta
Munus is in beta. Features may change, be added or be removed, and some things may not work perfectly yet. We may contact you about your experience. Feedback you send (ideas, problems, questions) helps us improve Munus, and we may use it to do so without owing anything for it. Don’t rely on Munus as the only copy of files that matter to you.
Accounts
Use your own account and keep your password private. Agencies decide who is invited and what each person can see or approve, and are responsible for the people they invite.
Your content
You keep the rights to everything you upload. You give Munus permission to store, display and send it only to run the service for you. Only upload what you have the right to share.
Approvals, quotes and invoices
Approvals, accepted quotes and invoices in Munus are records between the agency and its client. Munus provides the tools and keeps the record; the agreement for the work itself is between the agency and the client.
Payments
Online payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. Munus doesn’t store card or bank details.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Munus: no attempts to break in, overload it, access other people’s workspaces, or upload anything unlawful or harmful.
Availability
We work to keep Munus running and your work safe, but the service is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable. We aren’t liable for indirect losses.
Ending use
Agencies can stop using Munus at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
