Privacy Policy

Who we are

Munus is a client workspace for creative agencies, made by Myrna Studio. Agencies use it to share creatives, plans, tasks, quotes and invoices with their clients. Questions about this policy: [email protected].

Agencies and their clients

Each agency decides who it invites and what it shares in its workspace. For that content the agency is responsible for its clients’ information, and Munus processes it on the agency’s behalf. If you are a client of an agency, you can also contact your agency about your information.

What we collect

Feedback and the assistant

Feedback you send from the workspace is stored with your name and the page you were on, so we can follow up. If you use the Munus assistant, your question and a short summary of what’s in your workspace (like items waiting for you) are sent to Anthropic’s Claude to write the answer. Anthropic doesn’t use it to train its models.

How we use it

To run the workspace: show work to the right people, send the emails you expect (invites, review requests, approvals, invoices, reminders), process payments, keep the service secure and answer your questions. We don’t sell personal information and don’t use it for advertising.

Services we rely on

Supabase (database, files and sign-in, United States), Railway (hosting, United States), Cloudflare (network and email routing), Resend (sending email), Stripe (card and bank payments; Munus never sees or stores card numbers) and Anthropic (the Munus assistant). If an agency turns them on, Figma (importing designs) and Slack (review posts) are used too.

How long we keep it

As long as the agency’s workspace is active, or as long as needed for invoices, signed quotes and legal obligations. Agencies can delete creatives, files and versions; ask us to delete an account by emailing [email protected].

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and change which emails you receive in your workspace settings. Write to [email protected]; if you are a client of an agency, we may pass your request to them.

Security

Files are private and opened through short-lived links, sign-in sessions are protected, and access is limited to the people an agency invites. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong we will tell affected agencies promptly.

Changes

We will update this page when Munus changes and show the date of the last update.
